As a Residential Support Worker, you will join a dedicated team in Leicestershire, working to support the most vulnerable children and young people in beautifully maintained homes.
One key duty will be to build trust and nurturing relationships that promote the service user's independence, wellbeing, strengths, and capabilities.
Successful candidate will:
1. Develop and maintain nurturing relationships with children and young people.
2. Collaborate with parents, carers, and other professionals to ensure holistic care.
