As a Residential Support Worker, you will join a dedicated team in Leicestershire, working to support the most vulnerable children and young people in beautifully maintained homes.
One key duty will be to build trust and nurturing relationships that promote the service user's independence, wellbeing, strengths, and capabilities.

Successful candidate will:
1. Develop and maintain nurturing relationships with children and young people.
2. Collaborate with parents, carers, and other professionals to ensure holistic care.
3. Contribute to the daily upkeep of the home, including cooking and cleaning.
4. Accurately document information and maintain up-to-date records.
5. Adhere to safeguarding policies and procedures.
6. Promote and maintain a safe environment at all times.

Desirable Experience:
1. Holding a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or willingness to achieve this alongside the role.
2. Demonstrating a strong understanding of safeguarding and protection of vulnerable children and young people.
3. Being motivated by the chance to make a positive difference in young people's lives.

• Salary: Base salary of £29,034 - £35,400
