Are you a Site Manager from a high end residential background, seeking the opportunity to join a close knit, owner led business where you'll lead some of London's most prestigious projects while receiving industry leading training and support to progress into a Project Manager role?

Since 2008, they've grown from small renovations to multi million pound bespoke homes and boutique developments, all within a 3 mile radius of their SW London base. In the role you will take full ownership of site management for Category A projects, working closely with the company directors, contracts manager, QS and senior stakeholders to deliver high spec residential builds and refurbishments. You'll supervise site teams, manage budgets and deadlines, maintain strong health and safety standards, and ensure each project is delivered with the quality and attention to detail that has built their reputation. This is a client facing role where communication, problem solving and leadership are essential, and where job satisfaction comes from successfully delivering some of London's most desirable homes.

The Role

  • Oversee high-end residential projects in SW London, ensuring work meets the highest standards.
  • Collaborate with directors and senior management to deliver on time, on budget, and to client expectations.
  • Lead teams, subcontractors, and resources while upholding strict health and safety compliance.

The Person

  • Site Supervisor with a background in high-end residential refurbishments and builds.
  • Holds SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, First Aid or other relevant qualifications.
  • Based in South West London, UK Driving License
