The Role:
- Oversee all aspects of home operations, ensuring exceptional care for every child

Requirements:

- Proven record of “Good” or “Outstanding” Ofsted grades.

We are looking for a Deputy Manager to join our children’s home, supporting young people aged 13 – 17. This is a leadership role, but we are also very happy to consider experienced Senior Practitioners or Keyworkers with supervisory experience who are ready to step into management.
You will lead and inspire a team of Practitioners, ensuring care is always unconditional, trauma-informed, compassionate, and high quality. Key Responsibilities:
