Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a site team of up to 30 operatives during peak activity in October.

  • Draft and review RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements).

  • Plan, manage, and update project programmes to align with delivery schedules.

  • Attend and lead daily site meetings with stakeholders, subcontractors, and client representatives.

Overview:

We are currently recruiting a Project Manager to take ownership of a major rail infrastructure improvement scheme in the South West of England. This project focuses on enhancing earthworks and drainage systems at Sonning Cutting, a vital stretch of railway between Reading and Twyford, to improve the resilience of the line against severe weather conditions.

This role is a key position on a high-value CP7 framework project, and will report directly to the Project Director.

Key Responsibilities:
