Liaise closely with the client to ensure smooth delivery and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Project Manager on large commercial electrical projects, with extensive busbar experience.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate and motivate large site teams.
Proficiency with site management software (Procore, Asite, or ACC).
Strong understanding of RAMS, health & safety compliance, and electrical installation best practices.
Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the confidence to make decisive on-site decisions.
Available to work full-time on-site in Slough from mid-late September.

We are currently recruiting a Project Manager to take ownership of a major rail infrastructure improvement scheme in the South West of England. This project focuses on enhancing earthworks and drainage systems at Sonning Cutting, a vital stretch of railway between Reading and Twyford, to improve the resilience of the line against severe weather conditions.
This role is a key position on a high-value CP7 framework project, and will report directly to the Project Director.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, mentor, and develop a dedicated site team, ensuring alignment with project objectives and HS&E legislation
