Working in a collaborative, fast paced and client focused team, you will support the Financial Planners and Paraplanners with delivering an exceptional financial planning service to Wealth Matters’ clients. The Financial Planning Assistant (internally titled Client Relationship Manager) helps to maintain and develop the client relationships, preparing for and arranging meetings for the Financial Planners and actioning all tasks arising from these meetings, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and to tight deadlines.

The Person:   The successful Financial Planning Assistant (Client Relationship Manager) will be intelligent, keen to learn, embracing of change, proactive, organised and detail orientated, with exceptional relationship building, customer service and administrative skills.
