We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to work on some of our key accounts which are predominantly in the beauty, healthcare, gaming, and wellness sectors. Applicants should have experience working directly with brands and retailers on creative retail solutions, linked to the production of semi-permanent cardboard displays, including FSDU’s, shelf edge furniture, trays and in-store displays that create theatre in store to improve consumer engagement.


We are looking for a hands-on Account Manager with a passion for account development and great customer service. Applicants should be accomplished at driving accounts forward by spotting growth opportunities, taking creative briefs and have a good understanding of structural CAD design and print production processes. Responsible for time and cost management of your own projects you will need to demonstrate experience in critical path creation, quotation requests and commercial governance.


Whilst you will be developing and working on your own accounts, this role requires you to work within a team of like-minded Account Managers, Project Managers and taking guidance and leadership from Client Services Director.


Essential skills


Applicants should be tenacious, confident in dealing with big brands and clients, have the ability to think outside the box and have excellent presentation skills. You must be competent in managing multiple projects at the same time. Strong and accurate creative brief taking is essential along with a broad understanding of the production process (CAD design, load-ups, print production, and distribution).
