**About the Role **
You will focus on providing an excellent customer service to our guests, visiting the home of Johnnie Walker. You will strive to exceed customer expectations, going above and beyond to build memorable experiences and contribute to each visitor's time in our outstanding site.
Our luxury Sales Associates will sell a wide range of our portfolio and build tailored sales experiences to our customers from around the world in order to support their whisky exploration. With the support of our training programme you'll be able to harness this knowledge in order to upsell and be a true brand ambassador, educating and highlighting the delights of our portfolio to customers.  
Alongside serving customers, you'll play a key role in the merchandising, upselling, inventory control and overall operations of the store. To work in our Sales team, you'll be passionate about drinks culture and customer trends, as well as being a great teammate, collaborating with management and various teams throughout Johnnie Walker Princes Street. 
**About You **
To be successful, you'll need retail (or related) experience and be guided by a customer-first attitude. You'll have the ability to build personalised experiences in accordance to customer needs by interpreting their desires, make purchase suggestions and ensure each customer has an outstanding experience when visiting our store. 
You'll have experience working within a target driven environment to achieve individual and team objectives, dealing with a high volume of customer footfall. As Johnnie Walker and our whisky portfolio are premium brands throughout the world, previous experience working within a luxury sales environment is preferable but not crucial.
