Conrad Consulting are delighted to be again working with this fast growing and well established Architectural practice based in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire, seeking an Architectural Technician to join their team.

The practice have been established for over 20 years, in which time they have developed a team full of talent and experience, along with an enviable portfolio with sectors in areas such as; Retail, Commercial, Residential, Industrial and more.

Due to further increases in workload and with plans for further growth in 2025, an opportunity has arisen for an intermediate Architectural Technician to join their team. A criteria of high importance for the Architectural Technician is high proficiency in Revit software. Given the nature of the projects the practice work on, Revit software is a key component to the work they complete. It is therefore essential that any Architectural Technician is fully proficient in the use of Revit, with at least 3-5 years continuous experience in the software.

As an Architectural Technician, you will be joining a dedicated team of Architects, Technologists and Architectural Assistants, along with an Interior Design team. You will be starting out working predominantly in the Retail sector, working with some of the UK's most well known brand names working on new units and refurbs.

The Architectural Technician would need the following skills, qualifications and characteristics to fulfill this position:

  • A degree in Architectural Technology, or a HNC/HND in a related field.
  • Approximately 2-6 years of industry experience, ideally in a private practice environment.
