Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leaders and management teams to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and drive organizational effectiveness.
- Provide expert advice and coaching on all HR-related matters, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and organizational development.
- Lead and manage talent management initiatives, including succession planning, leadership development, and career pathing.
- Develop and implement effective employee relations strategies, addressing grievances and ensuring compliance with employment law.
- Collaborate with the HR Centres of Excellence (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Drive change management initiatives and support the organization through periods of transformation.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for business improvement.
- Champion a positive and inclusive workplace culture, promoting diversity and equity.
- Develop and deliver HR training programs to managers and employees.
- Stay current with HR best practices, employment legislation, and industry trends.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations across different jurisdictions.
- Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. CIPD qualification is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a Senior HR Business Partner or equivalent role.
- Proven experience supporting global or multi-site operations.
- Strong understanding of all core HR functions, including talent management, employee relations, L&D, and compensation.
- Excellent business acumen and the ability to translate business needs into HR strategies.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credibility and rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations issues and navigate challenging situations.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and experience with HR analytics.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
