**About the role:**
This role sits within the Scaled Reach Engine, which is focused on building world class media, retail media, social media and earned media capabilities and operating models. Using data and technology to drive efficiency and effectiveness in our $1bn+ Media & Scaled Reach investment.
**Purpose of Role**
The Global Retail Media Lead will set the strategic direction for Diageo's retail media agenda, leading the development and execution of a best-in-class global approach across digital and omnichannel retail environments. Operating at the intersection of media, commerce, and compliance, this role is central to unlocking growth across priority e-commerce and retailer platforms, while ensuring we lead in responsible marketing in a regulated category. This leader will drive the global vision for retail media, define partnership strategy with global retailers and platforms, and elevate our measurement and governance practices in a way that delivers both brand and commercial impact.
**You will be responsible for:**
**1. Strategy & Governance**
Define and own Diageo's global retail media strategy, ensuring alignment with digital commerce, brand growth, and responsible marketing principles.
Build a scalable global Scorecard, including investment sufficiency, efficiency, SoV tracking, voice of customer feedback, and sales attribution & incrementality.
Lead roll-out and operationalise global standard process guidelines, planning principles, compliance standards, and critical metrics adapted to the regulatory context of alcohol marketing.
Identify and prioritize high-value global retailer partnerships (e.g. Uber, Amazon, Instacart, Tesco, Carrefour etc), with a view to improving Rreturn on investment share of voice, and consumer reach - unlocking data for insight and activation.
**2. Global Partnership Development**
Lead engagement and negotiations with key global and regional retail media networks, technology platforms, and data partners.
Explore joint business planning and innovation opportunities that elevate Diageo's presence across customer ecosystems.
Partner closely with regional and market teams to translate global strategy into locally relevant executions within relevant frameworks.
**3. Performance, Measurement & Reporting**
Establish and oversee a global measurement framework tailored to retail media - balancing brand effectiveness, sales impact, and responsible marketing outcomes.
Provide regular performance reporting and actionable insight to senior partners, highlighting commercial results and areas for continuous improvement.
Partner with data, insights, and adtech teams to evolve attribution, incrementality, and closed-loop measurement across channels and platforms.

Lead and mentor a growing global retail media team & community, including the Global Retail Media Manager, building deep subject matter expertise and cross-market collaboration.
Foster a learning culture that brings the outside in - staying at the forefront of retail media trends, benchmarks, and tools.
Drive excellence through knowledge sharing, training, and community-building across global and regional teams.
**5. Cross-Functional & Regulatory Alignment**
Collaborate with key functions including Procurement, Legal, Commerce, Marketing, Commercial, and Data Privacy to ensure compliance across all retail media activity.
Integrate retail media plans with broader digital marketing and brand strategies, ensuring consistency and consumer-centricity across the path to purchase.
Partner with Finance to manage investment planning, budget governance, and ROI tracking - collaborate to evolve the taxonomy & tracking both internally and with key partners.

About the role

eCommerce Retail Media Lead plays a vital role in supporting the Global Head of eCommerce Retail Media to develop, scale & embed best-in-class ecommerce retail media capabilities and practices across markets. You will also take ownership of building centralized repository of eCommerce retail media learnings & brilliant basics to scale knowledge and drive consistency across the organization. Additionally, you will support with your manager to shape future-facing retail media capabilities that foster innovation and productivity across markets.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on support to market teams and agencies to improve retail media campaign performance, with a strong focus on optimizing paid search campaign setup and execution on platforms like Pacvue, Criteo & Citrus.
  • Build global test & learn agenda for paid search across key retailers, and support markets in planning, executing, and scaling learning.
  • Support in evolving global best practices & productivity levers for paid search across key retailers, ensuring consistent execution and adoption across all markets.
  • Support in accelerating market adoption of key retail media tools such as Pacvue, Criteo, Citrus, Reckitt E360 - by providing training/playbooks & working with Global IT&D team to ensure tools are fit for purpose.
  • Support Global Head of Retail Media to develop cutting-edge retail media capabilities and solutions that drive innovation & productivity across global markets
  • Build a centralized repository of retail media case studies, showcasing best practices and key learnings from across markets.
  • Design e-learning modules for retail media best practices to scale the knowledge across organization


The experience we're looking for

  • Solid experience in managing eCommerce paid search campaigns in CPG or media agency or adtech partner, with a track record of driving performance.
  • Must have hands on experience in planning, executing & optimizing paid search campaigns for amazon ads, other retailer media platforms exp is a plus.
  • Must have hands on experience of using retail media tools like Pacvue, Criteo & Citrus, with a strong understanding of their capabilities and applications.
  • Knowledge of retail media DSPs & Data clean rooms would be a plus
  • Multiple stakeholder management experience is highly preferred
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus

As a Savings Lead within our Retail Banking Solutions team,  you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our savings products, supporting both day-to-day performance and the strategic evolution of savings propositions. 

This is a highly visible and collaborative role that will see you working closely with a wide range of stakeholders across the business, including Product, Risk & Compliance, Commercial and Engineering teams. You’ll bring both strategic thinking and operational rigour, taking responsibility for P&L and 1LOD risk management.

Key Accountabilities:

Shaping the proposition

  • Work alongside the Head of the team to shape Starling’s retail savings propositions
  • Hands on support across the proposition development lifecycle from market research and scoping to design, development, and delivery

Delivering world-class customer experience 

  • Work alongside Technology teams to ensure customer journeys deliver world-class customer experience
  • Monitor operational performance and collaborate with relevant teams to help address any pain points, whilst driving continuous improvements

Defining success and measuring performance 

  • Review existing and identify new success metrics to track performance across different areas, and work with finance and pricing teams to embed these
  • Monitor these metrics regularly and report performance and insights to leadership teams

 Collaboration and stakeholder management 

  • Work cross-functionally with different teams to ensure smooth day-to-day management of existing savings products, as well as the delivery of new initiatives
  • Create partnerships with internal stakeholders to influence decision making and achieve shared objectives.

Customer Advocacy 

  • Act as the voice of the customer within the business, to ensure our savings propositions address the needs of customers
  • Partner with Marketing teams to effectively promote our savings propositions to the right audiences

Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management

  • Work with risk and compliance teams to ensure our savings products align with regulations and Starling’s risk appetite, whilst delivering good customer outcomes
  • Manage emerging risks, proactively identify new ones, and deliver strategies to mitigate these

Requirements

  • Product management experience with robust customer, commercial and regulatory focus 
  • Track record of delivering growth and launching new products 
  • Deep understanding of UK Savings market dynamics, including competition and regulations
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to seek and interpret data to make informed decisions
  • Customer orientation - excited and driven by the opportunity to develop solutions for retail customers, driven by a deep understanding of their needs
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable working across a variety of tasks and able to prioritise to ensure timely delivery at a high standard

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Lead Generator for our client who specialise in precision machined components for high profile industries which include the Aerospace, Petrol Chemical & Power Generation.

As an Sales Lead Generator your duties will be;
" Responding to sales enquiries via phone and email
" Generating and following up on leads to develop new business opportunities
" Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts
" Preparing and issuing quotations, proposals, and sales orders
" Liaising with external sales teams, suppliers, and other internal departments to ensure smooth order processing
" Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
" Meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs set by management
" Assisting with market research and competitor analysis
" Supporting promotional campaigns and attending occasional trade events or exhibitions
" Preparing regular sales reports for management
