The role?
A new role has arisen in our Cranes & Lifting Projects team for a Project Lead here at EnerMech in Aberdeen. The role will report to the Operations Manager and will be in charge of leading multiple client contracts within our ad-hoc projects team. These contracts can differ in size and can be based both on and offshore.
You will be responsible for delivering all aspects of the client account/contract, including but not limited to: sales enquiries, mobilisations, demobilisations, aged debt, equipment requirements, client meetings, planning & coordination, technical support.
You will act as the Clients representative in ensuring any wider EnerMech departments deliver as per commitments, whilst building strong relationships with all external customers.
You will be the point of contact for EnerMech core crew on a daily basis regarding any maintenance/operations. You will also attend client planning meetings to ensure mobilisation and gate compliance.
The role will also involve being responsible for managing weekly/monthly client reporting – ensuring all monthly reporting is completed.

You will have a mechanical background, ideally within Cranes & Lifting however a technical discipline in a mechanical led background will be considered.

The purpose of this role is to develop effective engineering project plans, track progress, resolve problems, develop solutions and forecast project and product cost performance.
