About The Role:
BSRIA is currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist, to join our growing team based in Bracknell on a full-time Permanent hybrid basis.
Focusing on lead generation and cold calling within the HVAC industry, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in the HVAC, construction or market intelligence industries, combined with a tenacious, self-motivated, and "go-getter" attitude. You'll also play a critical role in expanding our client base, developing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
About your day:
- Proactively generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Achieve or exceed weekly, monthly and quarterly call, lead and sales targets.
- Develop and execute effective Sales Plays targeting specific client personas and market segments.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline of potential clients in the HVAC manufacturer sector including OEMs, component manufacturers and distributors.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within HVAC manufacturers including sales & marketing directors, product managers, strategy directors and market research teams.
- Present and promote BSRIA syndicated reports to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Research, Operations, and Finance) to ensure client requirements are met.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, ensuring each opportunity is accurately logged into the CRM system and updated along the sales cycle.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics.
About you:
Skills Required:
- Strong lead generation and cold calling skills & experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong attention to detail and keen ability to prioritize tasks to ensure business critical objectives are met.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven sales experience in the HVAC, construction or market intelligence industry.
- Prior exposure to market intelligence, SaaS, DaaS or B2B industry a plus.
- Ability to drive productivity working in a hybrid, fast paced environment.
Qualification(s) Required:
- Previous experience in lead generation in a related industry.
- Experience in B2B sales experience.
- Experience with Sugar CRM, Dimensions, (Focalpoint a plus).
- Previous experience with invoicing software and systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent English written, verbal and communication skills.

The role of Lead Generation Specialist
We are recruiting for our valued client, who are an IT Project Management Service Provider based in Nottingham, and are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join their Client Engagement Team. The successful applicant will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential business leads, primarily through B2B sales efforts. This brand-new position reports directly to the Head of Client Engagement and plays a critical role in both uncovering new sales opportunities and supporting the day-to-day delivery of sales and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
This role will involve using CRM and social media tools (primarily LinkedIn) to research, engage, and establish dialogue with senior decision-makers, passing qualified opportunities to the Client Engagement Team. Whilst this is not a cold calling role, you may be required to follow up with warm leads occasionally by phone.
Other responsibilities include:
- use CRM and LinkedIn to research companies and contacts, identify potential B2B customers across most sectors
- establish and nurture early-stage conversations with senior decision-makers
- qualify inbound and outbound leads through messaging and occasional follow-up calls
- pass warm, qualified leads to the Client Engagement team
- maintain accurate CRM records and track all lead-generation activities
- support broader marketing campaigns and event-based outreach
- stay up to date on industry trends and competitive offerings
About You
- minimum 3 years of experience in a lead generation, business development, or demand generation role
- ideally experienced in IT professional services or a similar B2B technical field
- skilled in using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator as lead generation tools
- strong written and verbal communication skills with a confident, professional manner

Identify and qualify marketing leads using platforms, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, internal databases, and third-party sources.
Ensure data accuracy through regular cleaning, segmentation, and qualification. Upload qualified leads for four European countries into the CRM, maintaining a consistent flow into the sales pipeline.
Assist the Marketing Manager with data segmentation and management for targeted campaigns, supporting lead generation by providing access to marketing data from the CRM and other platforms.
Collaborate with Sales to ensure lead data aligns with business objectives, sales priorities, and pipeline needs.
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales, and other internal teams to continue improving the sales pipeline.
Support trade event preparation and manage the flow of new sales leads into the CRM for timely follow-up.
Provide access to marketing data via CRM to support lead generation efforts.
Align digital marketing initiatives with sales objectives to ensure seamless integration of campaigns and sales processes.
Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, sales enablement, and digital initiatives and provide regular reports and insight to the Europe leadership team.
**What youu2019ll need**
1-2 years experience in Data Analytics, or a broader Sales roles.
Strong understanding of digital tools, platforms, and technologies used for sales data management, including Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, and other CRM systems, sales automation software, content management systems, and data analytics tools.
Solid knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including content marketing, or lead generation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor initiatives effectively.
