An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join our team as a Retail Sales Advisor. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, providing comprehensive advisory sales advice to customers and promoting a unique customer experience.

The role will involve:

  • Engaging with customers and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Providing an exceptional and comprehensive advisory, sales and repair service.
  • Meeting sales objectives.
  • Liaising and building relationships with suppliers and customers.

Essential criteria for the role:

  • Previous experience working within the Jewellery industry. (desirable but not essential)
  • Have a passion for fine jewellery and a critical eye for detail.
  • Ability to communicate with customers and build rapport.
  • Able to use their own initiative with a proactive approach.

The candidate:

  • Minimum of one year within the retail industry.
  • Professional Jewellers qualification (Desirable but not essential as training will be given).

The nature of our business means you will be required to work additional hours at times such as peak trading periods.
