**Role Overview:** Christmas is a magical time where a warm cup of coffee brings people together, and you can be a part of that journey. As a Festive Coffee Specialist (Retail Sales Assistant), you will consistently act as a brand ambassador, welcoming, advising, and inspiring customers while meeting our high standards of customer service. You will create a welcoming environment and ensure that the customer needs are met by pro-actively engaging in conversations and assisting on product selection and inquiries. **As a festive coffee specialist, you will likely be involved in:**

+ **Engage & Assist:** Actively engage with customers, guiding them in product selection and support with answering inquiries.
