CUSTOMER ACCOUNT MANAGER

With a long-term vision to be recognised as a leading SaaS provider in digital services, the company has recently launched an exciting new content platform-and we're now looking for a passionate Account Manager to champion this product.


About the Role:As the face of this innovative platform, you'll play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement, retention, and product development. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a product from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer accounts using Salesforce, including onboarding, demos, and ongoing support.
  • Build strong relationships through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Drive customer retention by following up throughout the year and during renewal periods.
  • Attend industry events and conferences across the UK, confidently representing the brand.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support product development and improvement.

The Role

We’ve got big plans to scale our business. As we embark on that adventure, our Account Management team will play a significant role in accelerating our growth.

As Head of Account Management, you will lead the team to maintain customer revenue while working towards NRR targets quarterly. You will own renewal and churn mitigation as well as drive upsell and expansion.

If you’re a leader with 3-4 years of proven Head of Account Management experience in B2B Martech and enjoy the fast-paced world of SaaS then this could be a great opportunity for you to make a real impact as we revolutionise the world of marketing with our market leading Advocacy-first vision.

What you’ll do:
  • Manage a brilliant, driven and fun team of Account Managers 
  • Deliver on an NRR number, made up of renewals, expansions and upsells within our existing client base
  • Work very closely with Customer Success leaders to drive adoption of our Advocacy value proposition which will fuel our retention & growth across the client base

  • Successfully managed a team of Account Managers to an NRR target
  • Experience with Enterprise clients
  • Taken full responsibility/ownership over the book from a commercial perspective
  • Worked in a matrixed environment, balancing sales & customer success needs
  • A track record of  taking a new product offering to market and managing that change through a team
  • CRM/CDP SAAS platform background would be ideal
  • Demonstrable history of harnessing new and innovative approaches mixing strategic thinking and hustle.

Office Angels South West London are currently looking to recruit a Recruitment Administrator with Account Management to join our friendly and sociable team. You will find yourself working alongside experienced Consultants who have been with the business for over 10 years, learning from the best and helping make an impact on the job market across South West London!

You will be working to support our permanent team, recruiting for candidates across core office functions in South West London on a permanent and contract basis. We pride ourselves on providing excellent services to both our clients and candidates and we are looking for someone driven, motivated and professional to support us!

Role: Recruitment Administrator

Location: Liverpool Street London - hybrid model, working from home 2 days per week

Salary: Up to 30,000 depending on experience

  • Working closely with the team to provide full administration support

  • Updating candidate and client information using Salesforce
  • Liaising with clients - looking after various requirements
  • Social media updates

  • Experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable manner
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • A proactive approach, used to working in a fast-paced environment
