**About the role**
It is essential that Diageo has best in class revenue management capabilities to deliver our NSV, market share and margin expansion goals. The Revenue Growth team is responsible for defining and designing the commercial strategy across all categories, translating our long-term trade and marketing strategies into actionable commercial plans that the sales teams implement. Working in partnership with category management, marketing, activation, innovation, commercial and finance, Revenue Growth Managers build winning commercial plans through the lens of channels - the plan that drives what, where and how we execute it - and performance manage the business against these set objectives and ensure that plans are constantly reviewed / optimised. This team will build a data bank of M&E and understand the short- and long-term value of all discretionary customer investment, tasked with driving higher return on investment.
**You'll be involved in:**
Support & drive the RGM strategy for the channel across the 5 key RGM levers.
+ **Commercial Planning** - Input into Marketing Business Plans and Commercial Planning. Support the development of a commercial plan combining the needs of brands, channels, customer, our market share, and financial goals. Working cross functionally and in collaboration with the Irish leadership team to identify key battlegrounds and growth drivers for the year ahead.
+ **Strategic Pricing** - Aid in the development and deployment of competitive, share winning and revenue growing pricing strategy including pricing, promo depth and frequency. Identify and lead the delivery of revenue and growth initiatives such as innovation value chains, customer pricing trees and duty modelling.
+ **Trade Investment** - Support the commercial teams to develop investment business scenario's that deliver revenue and margin expansions and facilitate the approval process. Ensuring the appropriate governance and controls are in place for all customer investment and outstanding process, data and tools are available to support decision making.
+ **Performance Management** _._ - Support performance management rhythm, working closely with finance, commercial and customer marketing to course correct the commercial plan in year. Monitor and evaluate the execution of the commercial plan, its impact and course correct to improve execution and performance trajectory where required.
+ **Measurement & Evaluation** - Help to build a culture of M&E by ensuring robust pre and post M&E process and methodology in place. Loop findings back into commercial and customer plans.
+ **Sprints** - Support RGM sprints to define revenue and margin enhancement opportunities around pack, price, promotion, channel and embed into the commercial plans working closely with the Category Strategy & Development, Shopper, Consumer and Customer marketing.
+ **Capability** - Drive capability and understanding of RGM across the organisation.
**About you**
