The Business Strategy Manager, manufacturing industry intelligence, is responsible for managing and leading research and analysis and providing insights-based guidance and advice to middle and upper management. The role comprises working autonomously, as well as leveraging cross-functional subject matter experts and external consulting providers. As a Business Strategy Manager, manufacturing industry intelligence, you will partner with stakeholders from across the Business Industry Strategy team, product management, product development, marketing, strategic partnerships, and sales. + Define, build and work with analytical models, leveraging various internal and external sources of data
+ Create compelling presentations and various other forms of communication to share insights and drive transformation and change
+ Build a strong internal network with key stakeholders in a highly matrixed environment
+ Continuously further our insights into market developments, new technologies, strategic opportunities and risks in our market
+ Act as a center of excellence for industry insights
+ Deliver process improvements and ensure highest quality and robustness of output and deliverables
+ Work with a strong sense of accountability, self-motivation, attention to detail, creative problem-solving
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in an engineering, business or equivalent field experience
+ 5+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry and knowledge of CAD, CAM, digital factory
+ 3+ years of experience in industrial software or other software industry
+ Proven ability to autonomously drive projects forward within a large organization with globally distributed teams
+ Excellent and proven English language skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Knowledge of SaaS business and leading-edge technology (e.g. AI)
+ MBA or comparable advanced degree
+ Experience in a strategic capacity as part of either strategy, go-to-market, product management, business development or related roles within the software or high-tech industry or in management consulting
