Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert clinical care to critically ill neonates in the NICU setting, utilizing advanced assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for neonates, in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Manage complex cases, including prematurity, respiratory distress, congenital anomalies, and sepsis.
