  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and ROI.
  • Oversee creative development and production processes for marketing materials.
  • Work with sales and digital marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective campaign deployment.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and provide regular reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Present brand strategies and campaign results to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer behaviour shifts, and competitive landscape.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in brand management and marketing, preferably within the FMCG sector.
  • Proven success in developing and executing impactful brand strategies and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights.
  • Excellent understanding of marketing principles, including market research, segmentation, positioning, and branding.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and demonstrating ROI.
  • Proficiency with marketing analytics tools and CRM systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external agencies.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving market.
