Job Role: Fire Safety Inspector
Location: Bristol
Hours: 35 hours per week - Monday to Friday
Salary: £25,000 plus car allowance

Main Responsibilities:
- Undertake full inspection of all fire alarms, lifts operators and smoke vents
- Progress report your work to your Line Manager as required
- Maintain all equipment for your job role in operable and safe condition –ensuring it’s security Complete job sheets as required for work carried out or scheduled.
- Ensure all defective doors are documented and list works required to make door compliant
- Do not permit the use of any Company equipment by any other person, unless authorised to do so by your Line Manager
- Act with integrity and professionalism always
- Report any repairs required that can not be dealt with on site to the Property Service Advisor when identified as part of the daily checks and also maintain an on site log of all repairs due and completed.
- Complete all training as required
Health and Safety:
- To maintain full compliance with the company Health and Safety Policy.
- Follow company procedure and guidelines for Health and Safety in relation to compliance
- Ensure safe working environment and site safety at all times
- Report any breaches of H&S to Line Management
- Report all accidents and near misses to Line Management
Other Duties:
- Ensure all correct P.P.E is used at all times and due regard is given at all times to Health and Safety matters
- To carry out any other reasonable tasks that your manager may request
- Willing to commute to various sites.
Experience:
Ability to deal with large work schedules and act on own Initiative.
