Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;

- Responding to and resolving Sage support queries via telephone, email and remote access

- Receiving and answering telephone calls or emails from customers on the support helpdesk to work towards resolving cases

- Call Management and prioritisation to ensure service levels agreements are met

- Problems analysis and investigation work

- Data investigation work and report writing

- Keeping up to date with latest software / patches

- To carry out other support duties that may be required

- Promoting continuous improvement and best practice within the department helping TSG increase the number of recommendations for new business

- Always Work safely in accordance with Legislative requirements and Company Policy and Procedures

- Work with the Sage and Pegasus Team Leader and Sage Support team to provide continuous improvement and best practice within the department helping TSG increase the number of recommendations for new business

- Work with Client Directors, Client Success Managers and Client Success Executives to identify customer training or technology improvement opportunities with a view to reducing support issues

Knowledge, Skills & Experience;

- Sage 200 Accreditation preferred

- Accounting Qualifications preferred

- Knowledge of Sage 200c accounting software is essential

- Accounts knowledge is essential

- Knowledge of Eque2 Construct, Draycir Spindle Document Management, Draycir Credit Hound, Sicon and Eureka add-ons would be a distinct advantage

- Good understanding of Microsoft Office products

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Customer focused with the ability to communicate to customers at a variety of levels

- Good working knowledge of databases and queries an advantage

- Experience with remote access software and associated technologies an advantage

- Build market knowledge, competitor intelligence, and detailed developer personas to inform strategy.
- Define customer value propositions, including pricing and packaging frameworks, to support revenue growth.
- Deliver regional go-to-market plans including messaging, positioning, and channel strategies.
- Optimise in-market propositions, exploring upsell, cross-sell, and migration opportunities.
- Partner with Product Management to ensure customer insights drive strategy and innovation.
- Represent Sage globally as an ambassador, contributing to thought leadership, events, analyst engagement, and media.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in customer- and commercially-led Product Marketing roles with a track record of driving growth strategies.
- Expertise in launching developer platforms, APIs, and app store/marketplace propositions, disrupting markets with innovative ideas.
- Deep knowledge of building API and data-driven propositions with an understanding of customer challenges and competitor landscapes.
- Experienced in product marketing methodologies (e.g., Human Centred Design) combined with strong marketing and communications skills.
- Proven success in launching products in competitive technology markets.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage executive leadership and diverse stakeholders.
- Strong content creation and storytelling ability with a track record of thought leadership.

We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our global Sage Platform Product Marketing team. In this role, you'll own the creation and delivery of disruptive value propositions for our Sage Developer Program, and global API, SDK, AI Agent and Data third party offerings. You'll combine strategic insight, creativity, and commercial acumen to position Sage as the platform of choice for developers and partners.
