Veritas Education is recruiting Cover Supervisors and Teaching Assistants to support secondary schools across Leeds from October 2025 . These roles offer flexible, rewarding work for those looking to gain experience in education or take the next step in their school support career.



Roles Available:

  • Cover Supervisors - leading lessons during teacher absence, delivering pre-set work, and managing classroom behaviour

  • Teaching Assistants - supporting students in class, with SEN needs, or in small group interventions



Requirements:

  • Experience working with young people (in schools or similar settings)

  • Confident and adaptable, with good behaviour management skills

  • A genuine interest in supporting student learning and development

  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
