The Role

As a Showroom Consultant , you'll be the face of nosa.co.uk  in our Harrogate showroom. You’ll play a vital role in welcoming customers, guiding them through their bathroom journeys, and maintaining the high standards our brand is known for. This is a dual role combining in-person showroom sales and customer service  with remote support via telephone for website enquiries .

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and engage customers visiting the showroom in a warm, professional manner
  • Handle incoming customer service and sales calls from our website
  • Process orders using our internal IT systems (training provided)
  • Maintain showroom appearance to a luxury standard at all times
  • Support with basic returns processes as needed
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets and maintaining excellent customer reviews
  • Advise on bathroom products, add-on sales, and basic design ideas
What We’re Looking For
  • Retail or showroom experience (required)
  • Experience in bathrooms, home improvement, or interior design (advantageous)
  • Understanding of luxury brands and customer expectations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, professional telephone manner
  • IT literate and able to quickly learn new systems
  • A genuine passion for delivering a 5-star customer experience
Working Hours & Location
  • Full-time role, working 5 out of 7 days.
