**What You'll Do:**

+ Responsible for retaining, recruiting and hiring top Specialist SE's as we expand our coverage
+ Responsible to enable and continue to development of the SE's on the team
+ Provide Technical Leadership and direction to the Sales Teams in EMEA to help them build technology solutions for our Enterprise customers and prospective customers.
+ Assist in the analysis, design and development of fully integrated technology solutions for our customers and prospects.

**Experience You'll Need** :
+ 5-7 years of sales engineering management experience or 7-10 years of relevant customer experience preferably in a cyber security, software or data center or data protection environment.
+ Driven - need for success, highly energetic with a strong hands-on, "can do" approach.
+ Deep technical knowledge in cloud data management, backup and cyber recovery and data analytics.
+ Entrepreneurial - willing to go the extra mile, strong work ethic, resourceful, "get it done" attitude
+ Strives in moving in a fast-paced environment; including handling multiple calls/demos per day with immediate follow up.
+ A high level of business acumen and experience working with Cx0 level personnel, bringing technology solutions to solve business challenges.

If you've always dreamed over working within the motorsport sector but never had the chance to realise this dream then this is the perfect opportunity as my client is open to backgrounds. They are also gathering pace within other sectors and gaining more work in the defence and aerospace sectors.
In this role you will be responsible for following up on enquiries and leads with a view of turning these opportunities into projects for the business. My client is in a great position and work is often presented to them so this isn't a cold sales position, think more warm sales….
You are going to be dealing with technical products and people so it will require someone with a technical / engineering competency. Their most popular market is Motorsport, so you will be working with some prestigious brands including F1 teams on some exciting new projects.
As well as working work with some World famous brands and the majority of which are in the Motorsport industry, they also supply products into Aerospace, MOD and Marine industries so there could be relationships to be developed there also. They have a specially kitted out workshop that you would be proud to show customers which is located conveniently just on the outskirts of Milton Keynes centre.
This position will be reporting directly into senior management who are a very hard working and dedicated group, so someone who shares that approach will no doubt thrive in this company.
Relevant experience for this role would include previous sales / commercial / account management coupled with a technical / engineering competency. It doesn't necessarily require someone with an engineering degree (if you have one then great) but someone who can be technically credible when talking with engineers. Motorsport industry knowledge is a distinct advantage, not only as it will enable you to be credible with customers but if it is your interest then it will be a cool place for you to work!
The role will be based on site in Milton Keynes, some travel will be encouraged but won't be a regular thing. Limited hybrid working in this role.
