The Role of Sales Executive (new business subscriptions team)
As Sales Executive on the new business team you will be focusing your time selling a wide variety of subscription based business intelligence platforms to the wider media industry. These are highly established and market leading digital platforms and you will be selling to publishers, marketing services companies and media agencies. You will utilise your strong questioning abilities to consult with prospective clients and work out the best option for their needs. Sales often involve an online demo.
The commission is uncapped and you can realistically earn an additional £16-20k in commission. This team is 100% focused on new business so you need to be comfortable with that. The rewards are good, the products are hugely valuable and the number of clients you can approach (who see benefit insubscribing) is growing.

My client is a leading broker firm within the UK's Design and Build industry. They supply design and build firms on their partnership list with interior design and fitout projects of high end corporate companies around the country.
The process being rather simple - reaching out to corporate companies who may have needs around their offices - EG: Needing to extend their office, re design, or perhaps launching / moving to a new office space.
Once this project is confirmed, the client will ask one of its Design and Build partners to complete the interior design and fitout of the project.
Your role:
- Reaching out to commercial agents / Facilities managers / company owners to see if they have requirements to fitout or redesign their offices
- Liasing with your assigned account of Design and Build firm to give regular updates on upcoming meetings / projects / progress
- Account managing and also cold calling clients with a 20/80 split.

Job Description
We are looking for a business development manager for our freight forwarding client based in Feltham.
You must have a background in Air Freight Sales and development to even be considered for this role.
You must have the following work experiences:
- A successful track record of Business Development within the freight forwarding industry.
- Competent to liaise at Customer board level
- Generating new business opportunities and relationship management
- Achieving and exceeding new business sales targets
- Using reporting processes and the provision of data to support sales activity using a CRM system
- Having new ideas and solutions to drive results in sales.
- Negotiating skills
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday.
A salary of up to 55,000, dependant on experience.
