**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Global Sales Lead, you will be responsible for formulating and implementing national and global business marketing and development strategies.
This job is part of the Sales function. They are responsible for the design of sales solutions that are presented and sold to potential, new, and existing clients.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
+ Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.

+ Manage profit and loss for accounts including budget and forecast development, monthly business reviews, and achievement of sales targets.
+ Partner with General Counsel in contract strategy and negotiations for global pursuits. Review and finalize key deal summaries after contract signing.
+ Apply deep knowledge of multiple disciplines, broad industry knowledge, and commercial awareness. Drive financial and functional performance within disciplines and across business.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Negotiate with senior management, customers, and external parties of divergent interests to reach an agreement of strategic importance while being guided by the business segment and the organization's functional strategy.
+ Conceptualize new methods, techniques, processes, and standards across job disciplines or functions.
+ Direct the resolution of highly complex or unusual business problems by applying advanced critical thinking.
**What You'll Need:**
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 12-15 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Real Estate license required.
+ Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
+ Ability to exchange sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
+ Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job discipline, multiple job disciplines, and department.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

As a **Channel Sales Leader** for the **Consumer Business Group** **(CBG)** , you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
+ Drive senior customer relationship connections that enable Key Account partnership plans for growth and leverage full co-operation for efficient growth with key customers - senior relationship levels at Trading, Merchandising Director, Sales Director or equivalents.
+ Drive channel planning process and planned growth activities in Retail accounts.
+ Ensure alignment and execution to the portfolio plan and leverage agreed shopper marketing programmes for the greatest returns.
+ Deliver New Product Sales to plan based on new product introduction calendars.
+ Evaluate, analyse and execute new business opportunities to support strategic goals and growth.

**Your Skills and Expertise**

In this role, you will be managing a team of 4 new business sales agents who are all currently performing to an impressive standard! Some of your main responsibilities will be:  

  • M otivating, developing, and empowering a high-performing team of Sales Agents to deliver results and exceed targets.  
  • Driving daily success through smart call centre management: handling inbound/outbound activity efficiently, managing call queues, and hitting service level agreements.  
  • Coaching and mentoring your team .  C elebrating top performers, supporting underperformers with improvement plans, and unlocking everyone's full potential.  
  • Analysing performance metrics and using data-driven strategies to optimise productivity, improve service delivery, and meet KPIs.  
  • Ensuring every customer interaction is a great one with the ability to resolv e escalations swiftly and accurately, whilst maintaining high levels of satisfaction.  
  • Collaborating with the Sales & Service Manager to shape sales strategies, identify new opportunities, and stay ahead of market trends.  
  • Recruiting top talent and making sure your team is always equipped with up-to-date knowledge and industry compliance.  
  • Working cross-functionally with other departments and team leaders to build a strong, collaborative, and high-impact call centre environment.
