A market leading Facilities Management niche specialist services provider is looking to recruit a National Sales Manager to join its growing team. This 50 year old business have grown enormously over the last decade and have smashed their annual targets year on year - to the extent they are looking to grow the team even further with immediate effect.
Salary range is dependent on experience but will be circa 45-55k + car package + an uncapped OTE that is seeing the team earn on average an additional 20, 000 / 40, 000 a year on top.
This organisation work extensively across the UK with both FM providers and end users. They operate across both Hard and Soft FM, and offer a bundled solution into business across all vertical markets. They have tangible USP's that set them apart from the competition and offer an industry leading rewards package for their commercial team. You will be joining a team that has delivered each year against budget, and has grown organically to a sizeable team that work together to cross sell strategically.
You will be providing services such as commercial cleaning, fire safety systems, building access solutions, building maintenance and more. Your client list will be the likes of: Mitie, CBRE, HSBC, Tesco, Pizza Hut, NHS, Engie, Sainsburys, Sodexho, B&Q, Rolls Royce, Marks and Spencer and many more household names.
Your remit will be to build relationships with decision makers such as: Facilities Managers, Estates Managers, Health and Safety Managers, Procurement Managers, Compliance Managers, or Finance or Managing Directors - depending on the business. You will be a natural hunter of new business and will excel at winning work and influencing people. You will be a strong negotiator, rapport builder, and will be extremely target driven. You will enjoy working in a business that strives for excellence at all times, and will enjoy being part of a successful team that is motoring ahead of schedule.
You will be home based, covering a national patch, and will be able to identify end user clients and service providers, and will be experienced at selling products or services - you do not need specific experience in this field but some overall experience selling into the types of decision makers mentioned above is essential. It is also essential that you have a background of getting results in new business development, although you will also manage the accounts that you win. You will be able to demonstrate where you have added value to a business. The successful candidate would also be expected to engage in proactive activities to pinpoint sales opportunities. This role will have been muti-faceted, as well as having a personal target to meet the role holder will also manage a BDM with the plan to appoint a second BDM. Commutable from Birmingham, Stafford, Stoke-on-Trent and Crewe
75,000 - 90,000 + Company Car + Company Shares + Annual Bonus
Are you a confident Senior Sales Manager looking to join a large scale, stable company operating for over 30 years?
Do you want the opportunity to use your knowledge to assist in company strategy and assist the MD in steering the company vision?
This company is focused on improving the efficiency of properties by providing the best energy efficient measures and therefore pushing towards reducing the UK's carbon footprint. This company takes pride in offering the best services from domestic projects to exciting commercial contracts. They have seen amazing expansion over the past years and are planning to continue this going forward.
Your role within the company will involve driving commercial strategy focussing on Housing, Retrofit, Heating and Renewable Sectors. You will engage with both current and prospective clients to drive long-term business growth. As part of the role, you will oversee a team of bid writers and marketers as well as growing the sales team in line with strategy.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a background in a Senior sales role. They will have a strategic plan on how to grow sales as well as experience doing this for Housing, Retrofit, Heating and/or Renewable Sectors.

You'll making your mark on a growing brand by using yourunderstanding of B2B media , andaconsultative approach todevelop andgrow new business opportunities whilst also maintaining and developing existing revenues.
Your new hands-onSalesDirector role will see you involved in:
- selling multiple platform media solutions across print, digital and events
- undertaking thorough research and building industry knowledge
- carrying out competitor analysis
- attending client meetings
- putting together media proposals for clients
- identifyingcontra agreements
Youwill also get the chance to travel internationally to both attend industry events / conferences and meet with clients.
For thisSalesDirector opportunity, I am interested in speaking with experiencedbusiness development focused professionals such as aBusiness Development Director, Senior Sales Manager, Advertising Sales Manager, Senior Business Development Manager withprovenB2B multi-platform media experience across print, digital and events/conferences, who possesses the drive, tenacity, and commercial acumen to succeed. Experience working / selling into the foodor a related industry would be ideal.
Basic salary c. 45,000 - 50,000 p.a. (depending on level of experience) plus uncapped OTE potential with an attractive commission structure!
