Your key responsibilities will cover:
• Sales Strategy & Execution - Design and drive a results-focused international sales and marketing strategy aligned with growth targets and global expansion goals.
• Market Expansion - Prioritise and pursue B2B growth in underdeveloped markets - especially Central & Eastern Europe, Asia, and South America. Expand B2C/e-commerce sales through targeted digital marketing.

Monday to Friday – 37.5 hour week
Field based 4 days – office 1 day
£45000 - £5000 dependent on experience + commission + car allowance
I am recruiting for a Business Development Manager that has experience within the courier industry.
The role:
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within cross-border logistics.
Actively engage on social media platforms, leveraging your international network to increase brand visibility and reach.
Collaborate on social media campaigns, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices.
Consistently connect with potential clients to generate new leads and grow the customer base.
Manage ongoing client relationships through regular business reviews, ensuring long-term strategic partnerships.
Negotiate commercial terms with both new and existing customers to drive mutual value.
Contribute to internal training efforts by sharing market insights and knowledge, fostering a commercially aware team.
Represent the company at industry trade shows and networking events to increase visibility and build relationships.
Continuously expand and nurture your professional network to uncover new business opportunities.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years business development experience in the courier industry
You are a natural salesperson and a born communicator
You have excellent knowledge of sales techniques and can adapt your style to your audience
You can work proactively and independently

Role Responsibilities for a Key Account Manager
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop successful sales strategies in designated key accounts.
- Ensure a deep and up-to-date understanding of the clinical and technical aspects of promoted products and services.
- Identify key decision-makers and influencers within each account to establish and foster strong relationships
- Manage all financial expenditure including personal expenses within budgets, in line with company policies.

My client is a leading broker firm within the UK's Design and Build industry. They supply design and build firms on their partnership list with interior design and fitout projects of high end corporate companies around the country.
The process being rather simple - reaching out to corporate companies who may have needs around their offices - EG: Needing to extend their office, re design, or perhaps launching / moving to a new office space.
Once this project is confirmed, the client will ask one of its Design and Build partners to complete the interior design and fitout of the project.
Your role:
- Reaching out to commercial agents / Facilities managers / company owners to see if they have requirements to fitout or redesign their offices
- Liasing with your assigned account of Design and Build firm to give regular updates on upcoming meetings / projects / progress
- Account managing and also cold calling clients with a 20/80 split.
