What you’ll be doing


You’ll be splitting your time between mentoring, coaching and enabling a small, established sales team and working with key accounts, working closely with the Sales Director to drive campaigns, facilitate pricing and establish growth plans across the business


About you


You’ll already have a track record of delivery ideally in technology, distribution or telecoms, probably from another distributor, managed service provider, IT Services business or through working with the wider IT channel.


You’ll be someone who enjoys coaching, mentoring and leading but you’ll also want to stay close to the action, speaking to key accounts, building relationships and helping deals across the line.
