Sales Operations Manager
Huddersfield – Onsite 5 days a week
£40k with OTW up to 50k
You know how frustrating it is when a customer’s phone system or video kit doesn’t work on day one? Calls drop, meetings fail, and suddenly everyone’s firefighting instead of getting stuff done.
That’s where my client comes in.
Partnering with some of the largest names in telephony and communications and shipping over a million products a year to small and large MSPs like Daisy Group, Wavenet and Focus Group
In short: less hassle, faster installs, happier customers, and more margin for everyone in the channel, it’s a win/win.
Following an internal promotion, they are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to lead the Sales Team in expanding the customer base and growing ARR
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be splitting your time between mentoring, coaching and enabling a small, established sales team and working with key accounts, working closely with the Sales Director to drive campaigns, facilitate pricing and establish growth plans across the business
About you
You’ll already have a track record of delivery ideally in technology, distribution or telecoms, probably from another distributor, managed service provider, IT Services business or through working with the wider IT channel.
You’ll be someone who enjoys coaching, mentoring and leading but you’ll also want to stay close to the action, speaking to key accounts, building relationships and helping deals across the line.
What's in it for you?
Margins can be tight, and availability is king in distributor land. What makes or breaks success here is in contracts, relationships and stock, and they have all three. With over 8000+ customers on the books, an established technical sales team, there is huge potential to grow both for the business and your career
How to apply:
Apply here or search or click on my profile and reach out, if this isn't quite right but you are seeking something similar, feel free to drop me a message.
