- Up to date knowledge of The New Build Industry and Housing Market
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven track record in New Build Sales
- Excellent knowledge of; GDPR Implications, The Property Mis-descriptions Act, The Data Protection Act, The Consumer Code for House Builders
- Excellent organisational and customer service skills. Computer literate on IT systems
- Ability to work as part of a team and effectively manage own workload

Do you have a car sales background and would like to try something slightly different with excellent earning potential. Brownhills Motorhomes are currently seeking a Sales Executive; selling new and used motorhomes from our vast range. This is an exciting opportunity to join our busy team.
We are the UK's largest Motorhome dealer and one stop destination for all Motorhome requirements. We sell new and used motorhomes, parts and accessories, undertake motorhome services/repairs and have an onsite bistro and leisure facilities. We employ around 200 staff at our 13 acre site.
Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate must:
- Be able to maximise on all sales opportunities li>Develop a strong working knowledge of Brownhills and the market in which we operate
- You will achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual targets and objectives li>Represent the company at trade shows
- Manage your pipeline of opportunities from enquiry through to closure
- Work closely with all departments within the business
- Produce accurate sales forecasts when required
- Build strong client relationships li>Keep the company CRM updated to reflect all sales activity
Skills Required
Ideally you will have
- A background in car, motorhome or caravan sales
- You must have excellent sales and customer service skills
- An understanding of sales
- Be confident and motivated
- Be hungry for success - always looking to improve
- Be self-sufficient needing little supervision
- Have strong IT knowledge
- Experience of using CRM systems and sales pipeline tools
- A full Driving Licence.
Hours of Work
Your normal hours of work are 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday per week, with one day per week until 6pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm and Sunday 10am to 5pm in accordance with the rota, typically working 3 weekends out of every 4 and you will work the twice yearly motorhome events at the NEC.
