Your Mission
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our fast-growing SDR team. Reporting to our SDR Manager, you will be supporting the team on accelerating the distribution of Nuvei’s products with specific focus on the DACH market by uncovering new outbound opportunities.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Generating new business pipeline for Business Development Managers via outbound activities
- Demonstrating best practice and up-to-date knowledge of our products and the value to potential and existing clients
- Managing your time efficiently and prioritising your workload
- Collaborating with various internal departments to improve business processes and support onboarding of new clients
- Proactively engaging with potential and current clients and building strong relationships
- Demonstrating an ability to attract new customers
- Expanding market knowledge and awareness through your own research
- Develop sales leads by using sales tools with outbound sales prospecting efforts
- Organise and manage your pipeline and present to your line manager
Qualifications include, but are not limited to:
- Fluent in German and English
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Follow a disciplined approach to forecasting and opportunity management via SFDC and our supporting tools and processes
- Qualify inbound leads that enquire through our website & other sources
- Track record of achievement and success in competitive environments
- Ability to build internal and external relationships to gain and share information such as industry trends

This is a remote position from within the UK, with occasional travel to our Eastbourne office (which you can expense), for trainings and team meetings. Please note the salary range is £25,000-£30,000 base + uncapped commission.
What You'll Do:
- Actively follow up on leads to qualify and convert them into sales opportunities through cold calls.
- Actively build an online presence (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to build your Booksy brand and generate leads through these channels. Utilise email outreach, social selling, and other communication channels to engage prospects. Work closely with the marketing team to share best practices, identify trends and share ideas.
- Identify lapsed customers or clients and develop strategies to bring them back on board through tailored outreach.
- Analyse past closed-lost opportunities and develop strategies to re-engage them, turning them into warm leads. Collaborate with the sales team to review previous interactions, identify missed opportunities, and create a path forward for re-engagement.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of strategies and messaging. Provide regular updates on campaign results, lead quality, and conversion metrics. Maintain accurate records in CRM, tracking every interaction and lead progression. Excellent management of your pipeline and ensure each lead is worked effectively by following the prescribed contact strategy.
- Collaborate with your sales manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs by utilizing your own skills and experience, following the Booksy Sales Methodology, and maintaining a high level of productivity. Attend assigned meetings and training. Participate in ad hoc projects. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.
