Your Mission

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our fast-growing SDR team. Reporting to our SDR Manager, you will be supporting the team on accelerating the distribution of Nuvei’s products with specific focus on the DACH market by uncovering new outbound opportunities.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Generating new business pipeline for Business Development Managers via outbound activities
  2. Demonstrating best practice and up-to-date knowledge of our products and the value to potential and existing clients
  3. Managing your time efficiently and prioritising your workload
  4. Collaborating with various internal departments to improve business processes and support onboarding of new clients
  5. Proactively engaging with potential and current clients and building strong relationships
  6. Demonstrating an ability to attract new customers
  7. Expanding market knowledge and awareness through your own research
  8. Develop sales leads by using sales tools with outbound sales prospecting efforts
  9. Organise and manage your pipeline and present to your line manager

Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

  1. Fluent in German and English
  2. Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  3. Follow a disciplined approach to forecasting and opportunity management via SFDC and our supporting tools and processes

Salary: £35K Basic + £10K OTE (yr 1) + Benefits package (Private health, pension scheme, etc) Uncapped commission, accelerators & more for over-achieving.

Location: Banbury, Oxford. Hybrid working. 2 days per week in the office. Commutable from Northampton, Milton Keynes, Rugby, Coventry, Oxford, Warwick, Leamington Spa, etc.

What will my day-to-day look like?

- Managing Inbound Leads

- Outbound sales: Lead generation, prospecting, researching, reaching out & hunting down those opportunities.

- Qualifying: are they ready for a demo by the sales team? Do they need a bit more?

- Making sure all your activity is on the CRM (Salesforce)

- Working with the marketing team to align on outbound sales campaigns.

What will I need to bring?

- 1+ years in a sales or lead generation role—if you’ve got experience in hospitality, retail, or tech, we definitely want to hear from you too!

- Know what ‘good’ and ‘best’ looks like – we want to learn from you, too.

- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and always up for a challenge.

- You know your way around a CRM (like Salesforce or HubSpot) and love digging into LinkedIn and other sales tools.
