As a EMEA Strategy Lead, you will own strategic analysis and end-to-end project alignment, and act as a key connection point between and integrator of WW and EMEA strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong strategy experience, a deep analytical background, financial acumen, and experience implementing complex global sales strategy initiatives. They will have experience working closely with leadership to drive growth and a customer-first mindset, and bring the foresight required to anticipate business needs, make short- and long-term trade-offs, and balance business dynamics despite constraints. The role:
* Review recorded customer calls to assess the quality of appointments booked, ensuring they meet business standards and criteria.
* Share selected call recordings with colleagues to support training, feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Manage the administration and allocation of inbound leads to the appropriate teams or individuals.
* Answer inbound customer calls, providing a professional and helpful first point of contact.
* Handle appointment cancellations efficiently, updating systems and communicating changes as needed.

A global SaaS company are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Analyst to join their team on an initial 12 month assignment.
Responsibilities:
- Identify areas of improvement to create more effective and efficient workflows for the sales team
- Analyse sales data, including historical trends, comparisons, and forecasting, to inform implementation of sales productivity initiatives
- Build and develop sales productivity tools, such as dashboards, reports, and analysis, to help the sales team to optimise their workflow
- Enhance the sales team's process knowledge and performance through training, coaching, and feedback
- Streamline lead management and qualification processes, including lead scoring and automation
- Ensure that sales and marketing teams are aligned and have a shared understanding of the customer journey
- Monitor and report on sales productivity metrics to ensure key performance indicators are being met or exceeded
- Provide sales leadership with regular updates on sales productivity initiatives, progress, and results
