Critically review commission payouts to ensure it is within the expected and reasonable payout ratios agreed with sales leadership. Qualification Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA) is preferred. Experience in sales strategy, sales operations in a fast-growing tech organisation or business insight / analytics roles or operational experience in finance, management consulting. Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to solving unique business problems. EMEA Sales Strategy Planning – 9-Month Contract

Hybrid, London (3 days onsite) I 40 per week I £45-£48 per hour


We’re seeking a highly strategic and detail-oriented EMEA Sales Strategy Planning to join the EMEA Strategy, Planning & Operations team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global leader in social technology , whose platforms connect billions of people worldwide through apps, messaging, and digital advertising solutions. The successful candidate will partner with senior leadership, country directors, and cross-functional teams to deliver insights that directly shape revenue performance and regional growth strategies.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Deliver data-driven insights into revenue, product adoption, and sales performance using SQL, Tableau, and Excel.
  • Support weekly revenue reviews and leadership reporting.
  • Drive operational rigour by improving processes and enabling sales teams to work more efficiently.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver go-to-market planning and annual strategy design.
  • Lead strategic initiatives that influence growth, resource allocation, and long-term business priorities.


What we’re looking for:

  • 5-7 years’ experience in strategy consulting, corporate operations, investment banking, or tech (ads/digital media).
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel with a proven ability to translate analysis into actionable insights.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with experience influencing senior leaders.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-moving, dynamic environments.
