You will be working as part of a large team in an open plan, fast paced office environment, providing administration support to the Sales Team. As part of this team you will be eligible to join the team bonus scheme after your probation period, based on your Teams target being achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Support: Provide end-to-end sales support including quoting, sourcing and managing daily customer communication. li>CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company’s CRM system, ensuring all customer interactions and order progressions are logged and traceable. < i>Order Progression: Liaise closely with the Customer Service Executive (CSE) team to track and expedite orders.
