We're looking for a Performance Aftermarket Sales to join our dynamic sales team at our manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Role Requirements
- High level of knowledge and breadth of understanding with the automotive performance aftermarket sector.
- Provide automotive performance aftermarket expertise within the sales team regarding assigned autonomous tasks from the Technical Sales Manager.
- Respond customer enquiries/communications in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop & grow customer relationships.
- Identify and prospect potential customers.
- Generate clear, concise customer quotes as required.
- Encourage ‘add-on’ purchases to every sale.
- Ensure sales related paperwork is completed for every sale with a high level of accuracy.
- Work in collaboration with other departments to ensure products are built & delivered to each customer within agreed time frame.
- Keep up to date with the performance aftermarket industry to aid PWR being at the forefront of product development.
- Represent PWR in a professional manner at trade & promotional events.
- Expectation of travel within the UK & Europe on a periodic basis.
- Comply with company policies and current health & safety regulations.
- Participate in training as required.

As Executive II, Sales Operations, you will lead initiatives that simplify, harmonize, and optimize sales processes across regions, business units, and functions. You will be responsible for driving consistency, efficiency, and scalability while ensuring alignment with business strategy and delivering exceptional user and customer experiences. This role acts as a key liaison between Sales, Marketing, IT, and Finance, supporting change management and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
+ Lead the simplification, harmonization, and optimization of sales processes across regions, business units, and functions.
+ Identify process inefficiencies and areas for improvement through data analysis, stakeholder feedback, and benchmarking best practices.
+ Design, implement, and continuously improve end-to-end sales processes aligned with business strategy and customer expectations.
