The goal of the Global Senior Sales Training & Education Lead is to drive the growth of the sales organization within the Structural Heart Operating Unit by enhancing their commercial capabilities through executing world-class training programs. You will meet the needs of the business through advancing non-clinical training by implementing standardized global training curricula and training strategy. You will be responsible for the design, development, and deployment of sales training initiatives to OUS commercial employees within the Structural Heart business. Training will be focused on non-clinical / soft skills components. This will involve working in close collaboration with regional training teams, GFTD team, Structural Heart Commercial Marketing, Medical Affairs, R&D, HR, Sales Leadership and Field Sales Trainers.

This is a remote position which could require up to 50% of global travel (dependent upon the selected candidateu2019s home base country).



**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:**


Drive meaningful solutions across the training continuum including, but not limited to, new hires, current sellers, advanced training, recertifications, product launches and commercial manager training
Use gap analysis discussions with Marketing and Sales to develop programs that build new capabilities to address identified gaps
Collaborate with Data & Analytics Team to create and implement targeted metrics strategy and iterate appropriately based on feedback and results
Align with Structural Heart Marketing on materials and programs for the existing portfolio and new product launches
Develop and maintain strong executive stakeholder relationships
Identify talent and find resource efficiencies by utilizing field seller/regional training Subject Matter Experts on curricula development and deployment where applicable



**Required Knowledge and Experience:**


Bacheloru2019s Degree required with 7+ years of relevant experience in one or more of the following functions: Sales, Clinical Training, Sales Training, Marketing, Medical Education (5 years with Advanced degree)
Minimum of 5 years of field sales or clinical experience
5+ years of people leadership experience
Experience selling in the acute care hospital operating room environment
Large group facilitation experience
Experience with project management/project leadership, excellent planning and organizational skills
Experience in the design of training curricula
Excellent influencing, interpersonal, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with demonstrated leadership and coaching capabilities
In-depth knowledge of the field sales organization, structure, processes and culture

Key Responsibilities

Data Enrichment:

  • Using the entire suite of commercially available tools, you’ll ensure that our CRM has a rich flow of fresh data, insights, connections and contacts. You’ll be responsible for Sales Funnels, data quality and reporting in conjunction with the MIS team.

Product Development:

You’ll work closely with the wider commercial, marketing and product team to develop Engineius’ customer proposition. This will cover as a minimum:

Sales Team Activity and Effectiveness:

  • You’ll be engaging customers directly through phone, email and social media to enable initial F2F meetings for the field BDM’s.

Field Team Pre and Post Meeting Management:

  • You’ll be a detective. Joining the dots, identifying decision makers in target opportunities, identifying their connections, their contacts, cross referrers and their current and historic relationship mapping.
  • You will be the central activity hub, driving appointments and diaries.
  • You’ll ensure the Business Development team are fully briefed and prepped for their meetings and be there to capture the follow up actions and ensure they get done efficiently.

A well-established, growing education consultancy firm requires a Sales Enablement Manager to join their close-knit marketing team. You will own and optimise the subscriber journey, driving engagement, satisfaction, and retention through high-impact enablement initiatives. The role:

Subscription Strategy & Experience

  • Drive the development and optimisation of ELG's subscription strategy to support commercial goals and new monetisation models.
  • Define and enhance the end-to-end subscriber journey, leading initiatives to increase onboarding, engagement, renewal, and upsell across tiers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver value-added features, in-platform campaigns/offers, and personalised engagement through CRM automation.
  • Lead subscriber feedback initiatives and maintain relationships with high-value clients to surface insights and improve retention.

Marketplace & Enablement

  • Develop and execute programmes to integrate and promote third-party vendors, tailoring offers to subscriber needs.
  • Create and manage enablement tools, onboarding resources, and internal knowledge bases to improve activation, feature adoption, and support efficiency.
  • Track and report on key subscription KPIs, translating performance into actionable recommendations for leadership

The ideal candidate:

  • 3+ years in subscription-led SaaS, B2B/B2C digital services, or similar environments, with a proven ability to drive engagement, adoption, and retention through structured enablement programmes.
  • Hands-on experience launching and managing tiered subscription models, differentiated customer journeys, and partner/marketplace integrations.
  • Highly proficient with CRM and marketing automation tools - HubSpot preferred (also experienced with Salesforce, Pardot, or Marketo).
  • Strongly data-driven, using insights and performance metrics to inform strategy and optimise outcomes.
  • Collaborative and influential cross-functionally, skilled at aligning stakeholders across product, marketing, content, and commercial teams.
  • Organised, proactive self-starter with excellent communication skills.
  • Background in education or mission-driven sectors is a plus.

Sales Enablement Manager

We are looking for an outstanding candidate to fill the newly created role of Sales Enablement Manager. This newly created role is part of a wider Sales Process re-engineering drive to ensure Engineius is known to >90% of our Top 1000 opportunities. This strategic role forms the hub of the Engineius’ Commercial team that includes our Sales Director, Head of Customer Success, Business Development and Marketing team.

This role will be fast paced and requires a genuinely hungry self-starter who can manage their own workload and shifting priorities day to day. You will be an enthusiastic employee joining a rapidly scaling business that has the potential to be a true market leader. This opportunity will also ensure you are well-positioned to move into a senior role ahead of your tenure based on the impact you directly make on the business.

You are a researcher, a top-level CRM and LinkedIn practitioner. Researching all opportunities through our core 14 customer segments, you’ll be enriching our Sales Pipeline, reaching out to target customers and ensuring our Business Development Managers have full diaries with the right customers and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Data Enrichment:

  • Using the entire suite of commercially available tools, you’ll ensure that our CRM has a rich flow of fresh data, insights, connections and contacts. You’ll be responsible for Sales Funnels, data quality and reporting in conjunction with the MIS team.

Product Development:

You’ll work closely with the wider commercial, marketing and product team to develop Engineius’ customer proposition. This will cover as a minimum:

  • New client activation process
  • Sales materials both physical and digital
  • Sales and Marketing campaign coordination
  • Customer Segmentation management
  • Competitor intel and mapping

Sales Team Activity and Effectiveness:

  • You’ll be working to ensure field-based teams diaries are full of maximum customer face time. You’ll typically work their diaries 3 - 4 weeks in advance.
  • You’ll be engaging customers directly through phone, email and social media to enable initial F2F meetings for the field BDM’s.

Field Team Pre and Post Meeting Management:

  • You’ll be a detective. Joining the dots, identifying decision makers in target opportunities, identifying their connections, their contacts, cross referrers and their current and historic relationship mapping.
  • You will be the central activity hub, driving appointments and diaries.
  • You’ll ensure the Business Development team are fully briefed and prepped for their meetings and be there to capture the follow up actions and ensure they get done efficiently.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven track record in any but preferably several of the following: Sales management administration; Telesales leadership; New business development; CRM and data enrichment.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering value.
  • Experience in account management or client relationship roles.
  • Knowledge of vehicle logistics, fleet operations, or automotive retail.

The Sales Enablement Coordinator provides operational and logistical support enhancing the effectiveness of the sales organisation through the management of sales tools, coordination of training programs, and development of sales content and resources. How will you be doing it

  • Sales tech stack management : Manage the allocation of sales tools and technology, monitor and report on usage, and ensure the availability of necessary resources and equipment. Provide first-line support to Sales team members.
  • Content management : Assist in creating, organising, and uploading Sales learning materials to the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring content is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Data tracking & reporting : Track key learning metrics, reporting on participant engagement and providing updates on programme effectiveness.
  • Event support : Provide logistical and operational support for both in-person and virtual training sessions, ensuring they run smoothly and meet stakeholders' expectations.
  • Stakeholder support :
    • Assist the Talent Development team and business leaders in communicating and coordinating activities, ensuring alignment with learning and talent management objectives.
    • Engage with sales representatives and managers to identify gaps in knowledge and skills and facilitate the sharing of best practices to enhance the overall effectiveness of the sales team.
    • Coordinate with Marketing to support lead generation campaigns and collateral for Sales.
