The Role
The Sales Enablement Partner will play a key role in embedding consistent sales processes, tools and methodologies across global teams. Acting as a central point of coordination, the role will lead initiatives that improve commercial efficiency, strengthen alignment between sales and marketing, and drive adoption of best practices at scale.
Key responsibilities include designing and implementing standardised sales frameworks, supporting capability development through training and coaching, and creating playbooks to guide adoption. The role will also contribute to sales organisation design, help optimise territory structures, and foster collaboration through knowledge sharing across markets.
The ideal candidate will bring experience in sales enablement, commercial operations or performance improvement, ideally within technical or industrial environments. The Role
The Sales Enablement Specialist will:
- Lead the orchestration of strategic proposals, presentations, and RFx responses for major opportunities.
- Translate win strategies into compelling, client-centric content that reflects deep understanding of client needs.
- Partner with senior stakeholders (Client Engagement, Business Development, Solutions) to ensure pursuit excellence.
- Chair pursuit kick-offs, manage timelines, and hold stakeholders accountable to agreed deliverables.
- Create win themes, solution maps, and differentiated content that goes beyond compliance.
- Champion the use of client-focused language, insights, and tone in all written responses.
- Lead workshops with subject matter experts to refine and elevate bid content.
- Manage and evolve content libraries, enabling wider business adoption of self-serve tools.
- Design and deliver training programs to upskill the global sales enablement community.
- Mentor and coach pursuit teams, driving capability uplift and consistency.
- Introduce and scale new AI-driven tools and workflow automation solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Ensure pipeline data accuracy and rigorously challenge pursuit strategies to maximize win probability.
About You
The ideal candidate will bring:

About this role:
The Sales Enablement Specialist will be responsible for equipping our sales team with the knowledge, resources and training they need to effectively sell Sensor Tower’s solutions. This role involves close collaboration with sales, marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and drive sales performance.
What you’ll do:
- Own the onboarding program for our global sales team. This includes collaborating with Sales Leaders and subject matter experts within the organization to continuously develop a strong and consistent onboarding framework for our new hires.
- Create and manage sales training programs.
- Design and distribute sales enablement materials such as commercial playbooks and competitive analysis.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to the sales team.
- Develop and deliver learning and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
- Assess training needs and create customized learning paths for individual team members.
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure sales materials are aligned with current campaigns and messaging.
What you can bring:
- 2+ years of experience in a quota carrying role - ideally as an Account Executive or Account Manager.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with a complex SaaS product portfolio.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics.
- Experience in learning and development, including designing and delivering training programs.
The nice to haves:
- 1+ years of experience in a Sales Enablement or L&D role.
- Experience with a smaller SaaS vendor (<400 employees) and understanding of working in a fast paced SaaS environment.
- Experience in mobile data or digital marketing.
