The Field Sales Consultant Role

In this field-based role, you will visit both new and existing customers, where you will be expected to build relationships and sell our innovative washroom services! You will work closely with a portfolio of existing customers, alongside managing new sales opportunities via customer enquiries and internal leads.

As daily travel is required, you should be comfortable being on the move. Providing excellent customer service is essential to everything we do, and your efforts will be crucial in ensuring our customers are satisfied.

Requirements

Field Sales Consultant Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Excellent problem solver
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Background in retail or sales is advantageous as you will be expected to work face-to-face with customers regularly

The Role

Our Sales Development Representatives (SDR'S) conduct outreach and prospecting activity to deliver high quality opportunities into the sales pipeline

What you will do

  • Generate and develop new business appointments and opportunities via outbound calling, emails and social media, in turn generating revenue and profit flow across the business.
  • Develop a clear understanding of different sector requirements and how our services deliver value to these markets.

Requirements

  • Detail conscious and committed to keeping accurate and up to date records.

Requirements

  • Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving growth across complex public sector portfolios

What You Will Be Doing:

Start the Conversation : You will reach out to businesses across the UK to introduce them to our amazing products. No two calls are the same!

Book Meetings like a “Pro” : Your job is to get appointments lined up for our Sales Reps. to follow up and close deals.

Hit your Numbers : Work towards fun, achievable targets and KPIs—and get rewarded for smashing them!

Stay Organised : Help keep our customer data in tip-top shape by updating the CRM system accurately.

Learn by “doing” : Work alongside seasoned sales pros who will help you develop your skills every day.

Requirements

We will teach you everything you need to know. But here is what will help you stand out:

A confident, friendly phone manner

A genuine interest in sales and business

You are goal-driven —you love working towards a target and celebrating when you get there!

Comfortable using basic IT systems (we will show you the rest)

You are organised, curious, and love to learn !

Bonus Points (but not required!):

Any experience in customer service, retail, call centres, or hospitality—anything where you have spoken to people and built rapport.

You’ve dabbled in sales or something similar eg fundraising, promotions, pitching ideas…… even just once!
