Role: Salesforce CPQ Consultant
Rate: £700.00 P/D (Outside IR35)
Location: Fully Remote
Length: 7 Months Initial
Start Date: Mid September 2025
We’re supporting a leading healthcare business in delivering a Salesforce CPQ transformation, and we’re looking for an experienced Salesforce CPQ Consultant to take ownership of solution design, configuration, and delivery.
You’ll work at the intersection of commercial complexity and technical execution — shaping quoting and pricing processes, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and enabling scalable CPQ solutions across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Salesforce CPQ to support complex healthcare products and services
- Define CPQ standards, pricing rules, discount structures, and approval workflows
- Work closely with sales, service, and compliance teams to align CPQ solutions with business and regulatory requirements
- Oversee integration of CPQ with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and billing systems
- Provide leadership in UAT, end-user training, and post-go-live support
- Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement within CPQ
- Ensure accuracy, scalability, and audit-readiness of all CPQ processes
Required Experience/Skills:
- Proven experience implementing and optimizing Salesforce CPQ in complex environments
- Strong understanding of pricing models, product configuration, and quote-to-cash processes
- Background in regulated industries; healthcare or life sciences experience highly desirable
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce CPQ solutions
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, user enablement, and solution ownership
- Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist preferred, with additional Salesforce certifications a plus
