OverviewnWe are seeking a highly experienced and versatile SAP Architect to lead cross-functional SAP initiatives within a banking environment. Provide Leadership by:

  • Research on new technologies and tools to accelerate the solution development & implementation. Help upgrade existing frameworks to satisfy current needs of the organization.
  • Participate in pre-sales engagements, demonstrating the ability to connect with customers when discussing best industry practices and appropriate technology solutions.
  • Interact with Rizing country organizations as appropriate, to deploy the requisite expertise on the engagement team to address specific customer needs in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Be a role model and coach for team members by playing a mentor role. Identify and nominate necessary training for the development and upskilling of Rizing’s resources.
  • Document and disseminate knowledge within organization and conduct regular subject matter training (classroom, virtual connect sessions, etc).
  • Provide meaningful feedback on the overall performance of project team members.
  • Work with the Management Team to secure Rizing’s current & future strategy, and its execution.
  • Champion Rizing’s methodologies and suggest processes improvements required to sustain and improve the operations of the organization.
  • Propagate and champion Rizing’s culture within all levels of the organization.
  • Perform any additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when required by the management.

Required Qualifications:

  • General degree or equivalent/recognized professional qualifications.
  • Deep understanding of cross-functional processes of enterprise applications or multiple technology platform proficiency with at least 10-12 years of functional and technical experience and industry knowledge.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of integrated business environments with a deep understanding of the Fashion and Lifestyle industry.
  • Knowledge and experience in the attune implementation methodology.
  • A minimum of 2 complete project life cycles in a Architecting role, with customer engagement.


Desired Qualifications:

  • Deep proficiency in OTC/SD, MM/P2P, Retail functional area
  • Domain knowledge in the Fashion and Lifestyle industry
  • Experience in playing lead roles within the OTC/SD, MM/P2P and Retail functional area
  • Experience in working in a Consultancy firm is an added advantage
  • Lateral knowledge of all complementary modules, especially related to the cross modular integrations
  • Minimum of 6 full cycle implementations, with at least 2 being S/4 HANA Implementations
  • Fluent in English (Proficiency in other languages such as German, Dutch, Italian, French, Spanish, Portuguese are an added advantage)
