Professional Accounting qualification desirable

NextLink is seeking a Senior SAP Project Manager to lead a multi-phase SAP implementation within a CDMO/life sciences environment. Phase 1 focuses on PM and FICO modules, while Phase 2 covers the remaining SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle SAP implementations, starting with PM and FICO modules. Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to meet project milestones. Ensure cGMP compliance for validation, change management, and documentation. Lead stakeholder communication and drive change management initiatives. Report project progress, manage risks, and ensure user adoption. Requirements

Over 10 years SAP project management experience.

Manage full-cycle SAP implementations/roll-outs, starting with PM and FICO modules. Background in life science or pharmaceutical industries (maximum during the most recent 5-7 years) Strong knowledge of cGMP/GxP compliance and regulatory environments, with a minimum of 2 years hands-on experience with GxP. Experience ensuring cGMP compliance for validation, change management, and documentation. Experience leading stakeholder communication and drive change management initiatives. Reporting project progress, manage risks, and ensure user adoption. Coordination of internal teams and external vendors to meet project milestones.
