- Evaluating the SAP user’s level of knowledge at appropriate levels.
- Assisting with training impact assessments.
- Creating stakeholder training and engagement plans and supporting the communication of these to relevant End Users.
- Create and deliver process-based blended learning packages.
- Define, engage and align stakeholders in preparation for deployment.
- Ensure clear training delivery plans are executed on time.

**Summary**
The MM/PP Business analyst analyzes complex business problems to be solved with SAP (ECC and S/4 HANA) and other associated business applications. Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective, offer enhanced business performance and meet user requirements.
