At Tradewind, we are consistently seeking dependable and hardworking site staff for our schools across South West London. We work with fantastic secondary schools in Wandsworth looking for School Caretakers to join their team on a long-term basis starting this September.
This role is perfect for someone with previous caretaking, maintenance, or facilities experience-ideally within an education or similar setting. You'll be responsible for ensuring the school site remains safe, secure, and well-maintained, supporting both the day-to-day operations and occasional out-of-hours requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Opening and closing the school site
General maintenance, repairs, and upkeep
Ensuring health & safety and compliance checks are carried out
Liaising with contractors and reporting site issues

This is a 37 hours per week, all year round. The successful candidate will be on a daily split shift pattern:
Monday to Thursday: 06:30 - 10:00, 14:00 - 18:00
