**The Team:**
In this role, you will collaborate with a team of enthusiastic members to support our critical technology systems. You will guide our business partners and end users with industry best practices, solution design, and creating long-term value for our customers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Act as a servant leader to an Agile team.
+ Educate Agile teams to maximize efficiencies and performance through Scaled Agile practices and values.
+ Coach Agile teams in self-organization and continuous improvement.
+ Guide Agile teams to consistently deliver customer value.
+ Manage risks, mitigate impediments, and negotiate dependencies within and across Agile teams.
+ Facilitate Scrum events including Daily Stand-ups, Iteration Planning, Refinement sessions, Iteration Reviews, and Retrospectives.
+ Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure features and user stories are clear, concise, prioritized, and understood by all Agile team members.
+ Establish and maintain open and clear lines of communication to facilitate progress transparency.
+ Work with peer Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers, and Agile Coaches to enhance the effectiveness of Scaled Agile.

Mason Frank International has partnered with a leading company in the real estate industry that is currently undertaking a significant Salesforce implementation project, focusing on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant to play a critical role in the design, configuration, and successful delivery of this key phase of the project.
Role Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and technical teams to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Design and implement scalable solutions using Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Configure Salesforce features such as workflows, process builder, flows, validation rules, and approval processes.
- Participate in workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and provide expert advice on Salesforce capabilities.
- Deliver documentation and end-user training as required.
- Ensure best practices are followed across the platform.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant, with hands-on project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience in designing end-to-end Salesforce solutions tailored to business requirements.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration tools (e.g., APIs, middleware, AppExchange solutions).
- Ability to work independently and manage client expectations effectively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Real estate or property industry experience is advantageous but not required.

The Role:
We’re working with a high-impact organisation undergoing a major transformation in the gaming and entertainment space. As a Product Owner, you’ll play a key role in delivering a fast-paced roadmap of Instant Win Games (IWG), ensuring smooth delivery of multiple titles at various stages of development. You’ll collaborate closely with game studios, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to bring engaging, innovative digital games to life, all while helping to support a strong social impact mission.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end development and delivery of multiple digital games (6–7 at any time)Write game briefs, create prize structures, review builds, and manage the go-live processWork closely with internal and external studios to maintain alignment with timelines and game specificationsLead scheduling, prioritisation, and milestone tracking across a high-volume roadmap (approx. 80 titles per year)Support and mentor Assistant Product Managers and Product ExecutivesContribute to new initiatives, including feature and platform enhancements going through regulatory reviewCollaborate with compliance, legal, participant protection, and commercial teams to ensure regulatory adherenceTrack development costs and ensure game launches stay within budget
Key Experience:
Previous experience in a games-focused Product Owner or similar role (preferably with a studio or operator)Strong understanding of what makes a game engaging and commercially successfulDemonstrated ability to own multiple products and work through detailed delivery lifecyclesSkilled at writing clear, actionable game briefs and communicating effectively with development teamsFamiliarity with Instant Win Games, social gaming, or online gaming suppliers is highly desirableAgile product management experience and comfort managing multiple workstreams simultaneouslyA collaborative, organised team player who thrives in a fast-paced environmentPrevious line management or mentoring experience is a plus, but not essential
