This role sits within a complex, regulated organisation, where multiple teams and stakeholders are involved across data, compliance, performance monitoring, and reporting workstreams.

- Strong understanding of Agile principles, but with a pragmatic and adaptable mindset
- Previous experience in a regulated industry or working within regulatory delivery
- Excellent stakeholder management skills – you’ll need to engage with technical teams, business leads, and governance functions alike
- Experience supporting or delivering KPI / performance monitoring solutions
- Comfortable working with mixed-skill teams and collaborating with Business Analysts
- Confident navigating ambiguity and managing competing priorities
- Eligible to undergo SC clearance (must have lived in the UK for at least 5 years)
