**About the Job**
We are going through a massive, global Agile transformation and as a result, we are rapidly expanding our Agile teams across EMEA and are looking for an experienced Agile Coach with deep product management coaching experience to join the team. This role is critical to guiding and building the capabilities of our new Product Owners and Product Managers, ensuring they can maximize the value delivered by their teams. Additionally, this coach will play a key role in transitioning the organization from a project management-based approach to a product management-based approach, as part of the wider Lean-Agile Center of Excellence (LACE).

**Key Responsibilities**
+ Provide hands-on coaching to new Product Owners and Product Managers, helping them to understand and excel in their.

**Required Skills & Experience**
+ Extensive experience in Agile transition, particularly in product management coaching.
+ Proven track record as an Agile Coach, Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role.
+ Strong understanding of agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and product management methodologies.
+ Excellent communication skills with a customer service-oriented approach, and a focus on building relationships with people at all levels of the organization.
+ Experience with Lean Portfolio Management procedures and ceremonies up to the Portfolio level.
+ Demonstrated excellence in leadership ability to engage and motivate in a high-performance culture.
+ Self-directed achiever who identifies opportunities to drive value and takes the lead.
+ SAFe certification or equivalent agile certification preferred.
+ Extensive experience managing software delivery; strong IT application development & leadership background preferred.
