Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and understand context (people, process, product) to tailor changes and solutions.

This role requires deep expertise in Agile frameworks, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to inspire and coach teams toward self-organisation and operational excellence.nWhat you'll be doing:nAgile Transformation and CoachingnDrive Agile adoption across teams, departments, and projects within the WPP Open Programme.nAct as a mentor and coach to teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership to build Agile capabilities and foster self-governing, high-performing teams.nSupport the scaling of Agile practices, tailoring frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) to fit the programme's unique needs.nFacilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, and retrospectives to drive collaboration, alignment, and continuous improvement.nTeam and Stakeholder EngagementnCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with Agile values, principles, and best practices.nEducate and engage leadership and stakeholders on Agile principles, enabling their role in supporting Agile transformations.nHelp resolve impediments that block team progress, working closely with stakeholders to streamline workflows and remove barriers.nContinuous Improvement and MetricsnAdvocate a culture of feedback and learning, driving continuous improvement in team processes and outcomes.nDevelop and track Agile metrics to measure team performance, program progress, and the impact of Agile adoption.nProvide actionable insights and recommendations based on metrics and retrospectives to optimise delivery and team efficiency.nChange Management and FacilitationnAdvocate for Agile mindsets and cultural shifts, building a shared understanding of its benefits throughout the organisation.nFacilitate workshops and training sessions to educate teams on Agile frameworks and improve their ability to adapt to changing demands.nSupport teams through organisational changes, ensuring transitions are smooth and sustainable.nDesired Skills and Experience:nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; certifications in Agile frameworks (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Program Consultant, ICAgile Certified Professional) are actively preferred.nExperience: 5+ years as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or similar role, with a proven track record of driving Agile transformations in large organisations.nAgile Expertise: Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, etc.) and the ability to tailor approaches to diverse team needs.nFacilitation Skills: Exceptional facilitation skills to guide teams, lead workshops, and mediate conflicts to build alignment and consensus.nLeadership and Communication: Strong ability to engage, influence, and coach stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.nProblem-Solving: Skilled at identifying and addressing impediments, using creativity and collaboration to develop effective solutions.nTechnical Proficiency: Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent platforms to support transparency and collaboration.nWho you are:nYou're open :
