  • Communicate program status, strategy, and outcomes to executive leadership and diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Foster a collaborative and empowered work environment for all team members.
  • Identify and implement improvements to Agile processes and team effectiveness.
  • Manage program budgets and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in program or project management, with at least 5 years focused on Agile transformations.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale Agile implementations in complex organizational structures.
  • Deep understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, and Nexus.
  • Strong knowledge of change management principles and practices.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or similar advanced Agile certification is highly desirable.
  • Experience working effectively in a fully remote team environment, leveraging collaboration tools.
  • Ability to coach and mentor individuals and teams at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
