SEO Specialist – eCommerce & B2B Focus (In-Office – South Yorkshire)

We’re partnering with a fast-growing digital agency based in South Yorkshire to find a strategic, hands-on SEO Specialist to join their in-office team.

This is a rare opportunity to join an ambitious agency at a high-growth stage; delivering impactful SEO campaigns across eCommerce and B2B clients, with a clear path to SEO Manager.

About the Role

You’ll take ownership of SEO strategy and execution across a portfolio of client accounts — working closely with designers, developers, and account managers to implement meaningful campaigns that drive results. You’ll be client-facing, commercially minded, and focused on clarity and outcomes; not vanity metrics.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Conducting technical site audits, keyword research, and on-page optimisations
• Building and maintaining content strategies (e.g., blog silos, pillar pages)
• Reporting on organic performance with clear, actionable insights
• Collaborating with in-house teams to implement SEO best practices
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members as the SEO function scales

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house)
• Solid grasp of technical , on-page , and content SEO
• Strong toolkit: GA4 , Search Console , SEMrush , Screaming Frog , Sitebulb
• Experience with eCommerce and/or B2B accounts
• Comfortable being client-facing and owning performance outcomes
• Organised, proactive, commercially sharp
• Based in or near South Yorkshire; this is a full-time, in-office role

Bonus Points

• Familiarity with Shopify , Webflow , or WordPress
• Site migration experience
• Knowledge of CRO , Digital PR , or content briefing
• Strong communication and writing skills
