About the RoleAs a Cover Supervisor, you will deliver pre-set lessons during the absence of the classroom teacher. Your main focus will be on managing behaviour, keeping pupils engaged, and maintaining a calm, productive classroom atmosphere. This position is a fantastic stepping stone for ECTs to develop their classroom presence and confidence without the pressures of lesson planning or marking.
What We’re Looking For:-
Suitable for Early Career Teachers (ECTs) or anyone with at least 6 months’ recent classroom experience

CACHE Level 2/3 qualification preferred but not essential for motivated ECTs

Strong behaviour management skills, essential for successful ECTs in this role

Confident working with secondary students aged 11–16 across multiple subjects

Professional, dependable, and able to build positive relationships with students and staff

Available to start immediately and committed to a long-term role
