The Role

Compass Associates are pleased to be partnering with a fantastic business who currently hold a portfolio of elderly care homes, inclusive of nursing, residential and dementia care. With growth planned for the future, the business are now in a position to bring an existing manager into the business in the form of a Peripatetic Manager.


The Peripatetic Manager will support across each service in the North-East, frequently working alongside the existing Registered Managers to implement any action plans and brainstorm areas of service growth. This role comes with no registration but does require a candidate keen on travel, alongside a willingness to proactively mentor and an eye for compliance.


Candidate

With the nature of this role supporting existing Registered Managers, it is essential the applicant comes from a background of home management themselves. You’ll be able to display a solid background of GOOD or improved CQC reports, strong occupancy within your services and an understanding of how to reduce agency in favour of building a solid permanent team.


You’ll be passionate and motivational in your approach to management. It is important, as you're drafted into services with varying performance, you're switched onto identifying areas to improve but also able to champion what is being done well.


As a person, you'll be adaptable in order to fit into different settings but regardless of the service, you’ll be able to build solid connections and have a flare for turnaround management.

The interview process will be a 2 stage interview with the senior team.
